CITIZEN'S ART PARTICIPATION INSIDE A GLOBAL WORLD
We live in a world who experience drastic changes: utopia’s from the XX century have been replaced by a pragmatic's points of view about our social’s and environmental situations: poverty, wars, global warming, refugees, civilian and religious issues are the essential issues mankind has to resolve. Globalization connect and disconnect us at the same time through technology and global exchanges. Economy and political powers leads for the most part citizen’s lives. At the same time, engineers and Scientific’s invent new strategies to resolve those issues: biotechnologies, environmental engineering, search of extra-terrestrial form of life, and so on.
In this process, therefore, a large group of citizens forgot their rights and power to decide and create themselves, in a collaborative way, their own path in between.
SCENARIO'S OF THE FUTURE : A COLLABORATIVE CONSCIOUSNESS ?
The idea is to build worldwide “team-spirit” groups of participants, all age and social conditions, using citizen’s journalism and artistic means like photography and film to write the scenario of possible futuristic events and gives an artistic shape of the possible changes of our society.
The group will reunite as virtual and autonomous “TV redaction”, using storytelling as tool and thinking about societal changes and deciding by themselves what topics of our future mankind should be important. Based on their choices and strategies, they learn create documentary, street’s interviews and fictitious documentary, movies or photography reportages.
The idea: the creation of a “parallel world” based on fictitious events who may probably happen in the near future, engaging participants to think about strategies to resolve issues or ways to transform their environment. This “parallel world” is literally the “last news from the future”, confronting futuristic strategies to the current context. I’d like to see that process as a dialogue between present and future.
Groups include refugees, citizen’s organizations, schools.

Main goal: Community art project seen as education’s empowerment:
-Helping citizens, students and unemployees to better understand the values that guide their own daily lives, and contributing to changes in values held collectively by communities and personally by individuals
-Rewiring practices for transformation: abstracting a roadmap for social change / individual change to enable collaborative practices of living, feeling and interacting.
-Raising viral communication online
-Grassroots networks exposure and contributions
-Research - on rewiring humanity for transformative times
-Research - on tech trends and international communities
-International contributions of cutting edge renewing initiatives - eye openers
